Shopping List:
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1pkg of Bag and Season Chicken Mix (in the seasoning isle)

- Potatoes (enough for family)
- 1pkg of Trader Joes Cranberry Spinach Salad
RECIPE DIRECTIONS:
The Mashed Potatoes and Salad are really just about assembling, so I'll only give you the recipe for the chicken.
Seasoned Chicken -
1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Roasting Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan. Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix over chicken; coat evenly.
2. PLACE chicken in single layer in Bag.
3. CLOSE Bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of Bag to allow steam to escape.
4. BAKE in lower half of oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open Bag. Serve chicken with or without it's juice. Juice may be thickened for gravy. (I drained the juice)
Makes 6 servings.
IMPORTANT: Allow 8 inches for Bag to expand while cooking. Roasting Bag should not touch oven walls or racks.
