Tonights dinner was fantabulous! The secret to what makes this meal a great one is all in the meatball...for sure!
Here's what you'll need from Vons if you don't already have these items in your kitchen:
1 Package of Thin Spaghetti
1lb of Ground Beef
3 slices of bread( preferably something white)
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Honey
Milk
Soy Sauce
2 eggs
Garlic Bread
I got these items from Trader Joes:
Complete Caesar Salad
Tomato Basil Marinara (Pictured Below)

Recipe:
- Combine raw ground beef, Pepper, Garlic salt, 2 tbsp of honey, and eggs in a bowl
- In a separate bowl, combine torn up pieces of bread (minus crust) in 1 cup of milk.
- After the bread is completely soaked, strain out the milk
- Squeeze the rest of the liquid out of the bread, then combine with ground beef mixture.
*Tip - Bread soaked in milk is the secret to a moist meatball (learned from the food network!)
- Form meat mixture into meatballs (saving some meat for meat sauce)
- Place meatballs on a medium high heat skillet.
- Pre-Heat Oven to 350
- Start boiling water for spaghetti
- Rotate meatballs until they're cooked on all sides.
- Place cooked meatballs in a cake pan
- Put them in the oven (just to keep warm)
- Brown the meat you saved
- Cook noodles
- Warm up sauce
- Place meat and meatballs in sauce
- Put Garlic Bread in oven for 4 minutes
- Assemble salad
Viola! Another meal accomplished.
Even though he already ate wayyy too much salad, Cameron still managed to eat two helpings of spaghetti...imagine that!
